Hootlie does not guarantee backups of any User Content. You should keep your own copies.

10. Copyright Policy (DMCA-Style)

Hootlie respects copyright laws.

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, you may submit a written notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work

• Link or description of the infringing content

• Your contact information

• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized

• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree to resolve disputes through individual binding arbitration, not in court, and without class actions.

Before arbitration, both parties must attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting support.

• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Hootlie

• If any part becomes invalid, the rest remains enforceable

• Rights cannot be transferred without permission
